My door was older and had been damaged by wind-blown debris. Nask could have upsold me to a new motor but said the one I had, though older, was working fine. The new door is top quality. The office staff as well as the salesperson and installer were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, and I am a satisfied customer.
